JoyCom Group’s feminine intimate care product, VAGINNE® Gel, has been selected for the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ 2026 Emerging Market Expansion Program under the “Biotech and Healthcare” category, demonstrating the product’s innovative strength and market potential in the field of feminine intimate care.

This selection not only represents recognition of VAGINNE, but also reflects JoyCom Group’s continued commitment to women’s health and the support it has received through the government’s overseas market development initiative.
Moving forward, VAGINNE will target expansion into the Korean and Philippine markets, opening a new chapter in its international market development and further enhancing the brand’s visibility and influence across Asia.

【VAGINNE - Official Brand Statement】

In response to the recent appearance of the unauthorized product “VAGYNE PLUS” in the African market and related misleading claims, and in order to prevent market confusion and protect the interests of consumers and business partners, we hereby issue the following official clarification:

 



All trademarks, patented formulations, and related intellectual property rights of VAGINNE Intimate Gel are legally owned by our company.



Our company has never had any business relationship with COWAS INTERNATIONAL TRADING LTD (COWASCARE, INC.).
The product“VAGYNE PLUS”marketed under COWASCARE uses packaging that is highly similar to genuine VAGINNE products and has been described on certain public platforms as an“upgraded version of VAGINNE.”Such claims are false and have resulted in misleading the market and consumers.


“VAGYNE PLUS”distributed in the African market is neither developed, manufactured, nor authorized by our company.
Should consumers experience any issues arising from the use of this product, such matters may fall outside the scope of assistance or responsibility that our company is able to provide.


IMMERI INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD was formerly a business partner of the VAGINNE brand; however, the cooperation was formally terminated in September 2022.
During the period of cooperation, IMMERI was solely responsible for overseas market promotion. Our company has never disclosed, transferred, or licensed any VAGINNE patented formulations or core technologies to IMMERI.


The last batch of VAGINNE product raw materials purchased by IMMERI from our company expired in October 2023 and, in accordance with applicable regulations and general industry standards, should no longer be used or circulated.


VAGINNE is the original brand and the sole source of authentic products.
Our company has formally initiated legal proceedings and will take all necessary actions in accordance with the law to protect the VAGINNE brand, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of our global partners and consumers.



 

We kindly urge all distributors and consumers to remain vigilant and to purchase only official VAGINNE products, in order to avoid mistakenly acquiring products that are not authorized by our company.

Any product marketed as “Vagyne Plus” is not developed, manufactured, or authorized by us, and should be regarded as counterfeit.
To protect your rights and safety, please make sure to purchase only official Vaginne products through our authorized channels.
Legal actions have been initiated to safeguard our brand and protect consumers from fraudulent products.

JoyCom Group's patented feminine intimate care technology has been published in Journal of Fungi 2025 with the title "Dual Mechanisms of Action: Anti-Candida and Anti-Inflammatory Potential of
Lactobacillus Fermentation Broth in Treating Vulvovaginal Candidiasis."
The study demonstrates, for the first time in an animal model, effective inhibition of Candida albicans infection and associated inflammatory responses, offering a promising alternative to traditional treatments.
